S-Plastics Ultem polyetherimide (PEI) is an amorphous high-performance polymer with excellent heat resistance, good chemical corrosion resistance, inherent flame retardancy and excellent dimensional stability. The glass transition temperature (TG) is 217 ℃, the HDT is 190 ℃, and the relative thermal index (RTI) is 170 ℃. Low smoke emission, meeting the requirements of FDB, FAR and NBS. Low creep sensitivity, low and uniform coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) (transverse and longitudinal). High strength and modulus at high temperature. It has good resistance to many chemical substances. It has stable dielectric constant and dissipation factor under a wide range of temperature and frequency conditions. It is transparent to visible light, infrared light and microwave radiation. Comply with FDA, European and American food contact regulations and USP class VI. Excellent processing performance on traditional molding equipment. ULTEM (PEI) materials are widely used in tableware / public catering, medical, aircraft, automobile, automotive lighting, telecommunications, electrical and fluid processing industries.
