Product Description

      S-Plastics NORYL N300X resin is a non-reinforced blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + high impact polystyrene (HIPS). This injection moldable grade contains nonbrominated,non-chlorinated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VA at        2mm and V0 at 1.5mm.

      NORYL N300X resin offers strong electrical performance, low moisture absorption, dimensional stability, and hydrolytical stability. This material is an excellent candidate for indoor and outdoor electrical enclosure and solar / photovoltaic junction box applications

Polyphenylene oxide (PPO) is one of the world's general engineering plastics. With high heat resistance, good electrical properties, excellent hydrolytic stability and the ability to use non-halogen FR packages.

S-Plastics Noryl PPO is an amorphous engineering plastics which made by modifying PPO with polystyrene etc. It has the advantages of high rigidity, high heat resistance, flame resistance and excellent electrical properties. In addition, PPO also has the advantages of non-toxicity and pollution resistance. The biggest feature is that it has excellent dimensional stability and outstanding electrical insulation under long-term load, and has a wide temperature range(It can be used for a long time in the range of -127~121℃.). The dielectric constant and dielectric loss of PPO is one of the smallest varieties of engineering plastics, and it is hardly affected by temperature and humidity. It can be used in the field of low, medium and high frequency electric fields. It has excellent water resistance and steam resistance, and the products have higher tensile strength and impact strength, and good creep resistance.
