PVC/ABS Alloys: Start with pure ABS and adjust additives based on required toughness
Recycled Flame-Retardant ABS: Supplement with additional toughening agents and flame retardants as needed, processing at reduced temperatures
Toughened ABS: Incorporate high-rubber powders, EVA, or other elastomers
High-Gloss ABS: Blend with PMMA, PC, AS, or PBT with appropriate additives
Fiber-Reinforced ABS: Avoid simple reprocessing; incorporate fresh material, glass fiber, and complementary additives
ABS/PC Alloys: Select PC with appropriate viscosity, compatibilizers, and toughening agents
